"The unit was very clean when I arrived. Alicia will check you in in-person and give a grand tour which is helpful because the Plaza condos are a very large property. I had garage parking but everything (grocery stores, bars, gym, restaurants, the beach) is walking distance. My commute to UCSD Hillcrest was ~15 min, without significant rush hour traffic.
Pacific Beach (PB) is generally a young area of S.D.; but this is a pretty quiet condo with strict quiet hours. COVID-19 hit during my stay which cut my vacation short. Thankfully, I never got sick, and Alicia was very rapid with communications and also very flexible and helpful. She even offered me bleach wipes for traveling when I was on my way out of town!
I 100% recommend staying with Alicia, she is the owner of her own properties, a fantastic host, I hope to see her again..."

“Alicia’s place is in such an awesome position, with fabulous local shops, cafes and supermarkets (inc Trader Joe’s) literally on the doorstep. The amenities in the Condo complex are absolutely outstanding. A lounge, library, 3 pools including a divine hot pool, it really is a wonderful place to stay in Pacific Beach, San Diego. I went running most days and thoroughly enjoyed running along the bay and ocean beaches! And Alicia was extremely hospitable and easy to communicate with! Enjoy!”

“Alicia's place is terrific! My family lived there for a month and nothing to complain! The condo is well managed that is always clean and safe. There're swimming pools outside, where my family spent a lot of pleasant time there. Traffic is also wonderful! 10 mins drive to Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. 20 mins to La Jolla and downtown. Last but not least, I have to say Alicia is a very, very nice person. She's always hospitable and responsible to everything. Sorry for missing the wakeboarding! Anyone who's reading this will have to try. John is from a family of competitive water games!!!”

"We stayed at the Plaza Condo for about 4 months and we really were happy with our stay. My lengthy stay at Alicia’s condo due to my research activities at an institute, turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience. I cannot express my family’s appreciation enough, for all the effort Alicia made to ensure that the condo is safe and comfort enough to stay. The Alicia’s unit was clean and neat with recent renovation and with all amenities we needed.
The condominium has 4 swimming pool and Jacuzzi facilities and we also really enjoyed them. Above all, Alicia was a fantastic lady to her guests with kindness and hospitality. She always responded to any questions and concerns almost immediately and cared for that quick.
I can say that Alicia is a super host and recommend her place for both business or pleasure trips without any reservation as she always try to make sure that we feel welcome and important. We would love to visit again."
